no. its 10km.!
delicious food, reasonably priced, good ambience, walkable distance from hiroo station
I feel I'm being generous giving this place 3 stars. It was decent at best...both dishes tasted like their base was overly sugary tomato paste versus anything fresh and both lacked the spices/seasoning that characterize delicious Indian food. The samosa was a bit dry and they charged us $700Y for rice to accompany our dishes, not extra, just to have any...it was also dry??? Anyway, the garlic Nan was the best thing we sampled. I know Tokyo isn't the spot for Indian, but we've been on the road for almost 4 months and were craving a change. Maybe, hopefully, it was an off day. Best of luck!
Very friendly staff, loved the food!
we visited for lunch.we were the only two needing service in the restaurant yet the service was so slow .the portions were pretty good and there were wery skimpy on the chicken.we visited based off the reviews but i've had much better Indian food and customer service.
Nice indian restaurant
Very authentic Indian taste! Fish tikka is very soft and tasty.
Decent food. Not so warm service staff. Felt discriminatory in their approach.. Favouring the Japanese but unwelcoming of ethnic Indians.
We had really nice authentic Indian food on the plate. Having lived in India for some years, I have to say: that’s not easy in Japan.Difference to many Indian “restaurants†in Tokyo is that this is definitely on the higher class side. Table cloth and nice tableware, ambience and so on.Staff and chef are really from India & they are so nice!!! If you want to dine out with non-Japanized Indian food, that’s the place. Close to the subway station (3 minutes walk) makes it easy to get there as well.
Best Indian Restaurant in Tokyo, friendly staff, meals made to order, highly recommended
Great place with delicious foodYes it’s pricy compared to other Indian restaurants out there but really worth it!Clean and hygiene and staff service is OKMany seats and you may need reservation if you are going there for dinner!I really loved the authentic flavor of the food there it was not so much Modified for Japanese so I really enjoyed the food! The grilled meat were so delicious and I loved them 😋
Great Indian food in Tokyo - plus they deliver
Fabulous food for the soul! English speakers, great service. Very close to New Sanno, and they deliver! See attached English menu.
Very good food and service
Great food and great service
authentic Indian food, nice stuff
Restaurant was clean, food was delicious, staff were very attentive and prices were reasonable. I highly recommend having dinner here.
Good food but pricey
Probably one of the most authentic and tasty Indian restaurant in Tokyo. Highly recommend it!
Great experience....
nice environment and good food. you can find vegetarian food here!
Nice traditional curry house.
Superb chicken curry, all-you-can-eat naan, must try
First time in Japan and this restaurant was FANTASTIC, Everything from the food to the service was amazing. Thank You Priya Restaurant Tokyo, I will definitely visit again when I come back to Tokyo.
Best Indian Food in Tokyo..
Excellent food quality, cozy ambience and friendly staff period.
Great authentic Indian food. Very less variety though. Courteous and friendly staff, will go the extra mile for some customization too. Clean and great for fine dining experience. The price point is a bit high.. may be they should reduce prices by 20%
Best Indian food in Japan!
Nice cozy place, delicious food, accessible by elevator, but not easy to find, spent 5 minutes in front of the restaurant trying to find where it was. The manager is so kind. The food are a bit pricy, but worth it. Clean and beautiful
Great facility! They serve amazing Indian cuisine! Beautiful ambience! Not economical. Courteous staff
It satisfies my Indian tastebuds. Nan is the best. A bit pricey for dinner but lunch is affordable. They have plenty of place to accommodate a group. People are humble and on time service.
Good curry here(They had chicken, lamb, and a veggie one). Kind of unlimited naan (one real one, and then little pieces in a bowl). The rice was weird though, it's not Indian basmati or Jasmine turmeric rice, but Japanese short grain style, that feels like it's been died yellow with food coloring (not so much flavor).Definitely coming back, enjoyable lunch 😊
One of the best Indian restaurant in Tokyo.
Great food. Rare combo of good Indian food and stylish high end romantic interior. Quality drinks as well. Will let you bring in a cake for birthdays or other occasions. Ask to have veg dishes made vegan or to customize or put together a custom course meal. Will deliver and cater as well.
Nice Indian wine collection. For Veg lovers, Samosa is good to try.
The Priya Indian Restaurant Tokyo deserve appreciation for the excellent food they served. They have provided good, tasty food which was awesome. The ambience also is good.
Name one restaurant in Japan where the staff rememberes you and already know what you're going to order. To me that's Priya and their awesome staff. This makes all the difference in the world. Apart from that the curry is so good. Go for lunch, pay your 1000 Yen and be amazed, because I'm pretty sure this is one of the best meals you'll get for your money.
Great choice for Indian when in the neighborhood. Food and service is great, and the place is always crowded - which is of course, a good sign.
Nice ambiance, Good Food and friendly Nepalese staffs, Kind Manager and timely serving Food especially rush lunch Hours
Best Indian food in Tokyo
My toddler and I ate at Priya for dinner the other night. The food was wonderful. Good sized portions and lots of choices. The staff went above and beyond for my kiddo. I would gladly eat here again.
INCREDIBLE CURRY! I usually never give reviews but this was the best Indian food restaurant I’ve ever been to! I’m from Texas and we have good curry but this is next level quality food. If you want the best curry in all of Tokyo go to Priya. Extremely good service. The place was clean and it was a high quality experience at a GREAT price ! Excited for you to go :)
Superb curry house. Great staff.
Looks nice but food not good
Very good Indian food. Excellent service. Highly recommend
Great! The taste is amazing! Ofcourse, the atomosphere of the restaurant are the bestYou have to order tandoori gobiEnjoy!
Easily one of the best resturants for authentic Indian food in Tokyo. Really good service and it shows that they care. I would recommend it any day. Cant wait to come back.
Some of the tastiest Indian food I've ever had, served with a smile and friendly but not overbearing chat by the owner and his staff. The grilled meats, the curries, the dessert, all great,. Highly recommend this place.
Best Indian restaurant in Tokyo!Delicious food, Professional staff, and elegant ambience.Food does justice to flavour and aroma of the original cuisine.Prices are competitive too. Must go to place if you want to have Indian delicacies in their original pristine taste and flavour.
Its one of the best Indian restaurants I tried in and around the area both in terms of ambience and service. Food is decent with good amount of varieties compared to the restaurant's nearby. Its little expensive than the others. You can find the restaurant in the third floor. Look for the restaurant's name in one of the stickers near the stairs on the street. Take the lift and you will be straight inside the restaurant. You can see good local crowd there unlike in other Indian restaurants.
Priya offers a truly royal array of authentic north Indian cuisine.
